Papua
New Guinea coffee is one of our favorite coffees, an excellent cup
of coffee with amazing sparkle and spiciness. It is very difficult
to get, coming from small coffee farms deep within the rain forests
of Papua New Guinea, the mountains ranging in height between 4,200
and 6,000 ft. above sea level, are difficult to access therefore cultivation
is not any easier thing. It is very costly and presents such a challenge
to transport fertilizers and pesticides to these small farms and secluded
plantations that most of the beans that come out of Papua New Guinea
are organic. These beans work very well in espresso blends.
