Colombian
Surpremo coffee is so good because the National Federation of Coffee
Growers of Colombia sends an appointed official to inspect each farm
for sanitary conditions, healthy trees and the quality of each harvest.
The inspector checks to see if the coffee beans have been washed and
dried properly. He looks for adequate bean size, color texture and overall
quality. only the largest beans can be call Supremo coffee. Were we
only buy the best of the coffee beans.
Colombian coffee has
large beans, consistently good taste, medium body, full aroma, and
medium acidity. A good 'daily' coffee, it harmonizes well in blends.
Our coffee beans are slow roasted and each bag is dated (roast on
dating) to guarantee freshness.
